About James...

After attending catering college I started my career as a chef. Over the last decade I have worked in many catering environments around the U.K. including two and three rosette kitchens in the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales, Old Trafford Football Stadium, local butchers J.W. Mettrick and Sons., with my career taking me to France in more recent years.

With my personal interest in nutrition growing, I embarked on a 3 year BSc Degree in Human Nutrition at Manchester Metropolitan University. As a fully qualified and fully registered associate nutritionist, I can advise you in both general and specialised dietary requirements.
